3. VIP Passes & Subscriptions

Digital transit memberships (2-Day, Monthly, and Annual VIP passes) are non-transferable and activated immediately upon successful payment confirmation.

We value your privacy. We collect minimal commuter data (such as city stop lookups and search history) exclusively to optimize route frequency and improve passenger experience. Your personal details are never sold to third parties.

5. User Conduct & Grievance Redressal

Commuters may lodge service feedback or route grievances through the portal. Abuse of systems or submitting false incident reports may lead to account suspension.
